They have taken subaru outbacks up the same course. Maybe without snow, but still some slip and grip.

WTH are you talking about?? Have you even looked at Toyota's Tacoma webpage? It is exactly what they advertise the vehicle to be used for! Toyota sponsors press junkets letting journalists off-road the vehicles with the hopes they'll publish it on their blogs and youtube channels. Hell, the first words under the video on the official webpage that shows a Tacoma being thrashed off-roading and doing donuts are:

    "Be dareful out there.

The all-new 2024 Tacoma delivers trail-dominating power, legendary capability and captivating style. Time to make all your off-roading dreams come true."

Then they want you to click on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=fQ7Az_7pzDM&ab_channel=ToyotaUSA

No one is delusional when they advertise expectations and CAPABILITIES that they as a manufacturer put out there as part of what you are buying. Jeez.

What’s the difference between if your motor blows up while driving fast on a track or driving fast on a public road?

I like “Fap Gen” best, but it’s rhymeyness is suspect.

I like this based on some of the owners and how they feel about their truck.

Fast isn’t what damages cars it’s the constant acceleration, deceleration, and changing directions. An Oakland sideshow should also void the warranty, but those cars are stolen anyway.

I agree but I have to admit I did the same but knowing I wasn’t covered by my insurance. Some motorcycles I had weren’t payed off and I still raced them on the tracks. Some were payed off but it wasn’t as fun
Something about that extra adrenaline rush you get knowing you owe 5 digits and if you crash your screwed :D
I was a little more crazy and loose on my payed off bikes I raced but I don’t know if that was necessarily a good thing lol.

I didn't mean for the insurance, I was referring to mechanical issues under warranty. And that's what track insurance is for...lol

Toyota underestimated the massive amounts of torque that turbo motor puts out. They need to beef up the drivetrain to handle power the Tacoma has never seen before.
