Fr pass door handle replace, Tyger step rails and soft bed cover, DDSS3 fogs, TRD skid, OR front tow hook, SokieTech hood struts, fr seat covers (neoprene), metal oil filter housing, magnetic oil plug, Cyclone under hood lights, Blue Sea Systems 5025 Fuse Block ST Blade 6 Circuit with Ground and Cover, Blue Sea Systems 60A DC Panel Mount circuit breaker.
Well, there’s another habit I’d have to relearn: Setting cruise control. For at least 30 years (had a ‘92 Previa) it’s been a stubby located at 4 o’clock behind the steering wheel.

EDIT: Makes me think of a variation on the quote attributed to John Wayne: Change is hard; stupid changes are harder.

Over the last two days, added OME 886s to the front and Icon AAL to the rear.

    23" all four corners.

Did my best to accurately measure all four the same way from Center hub to lower wheel well.
Possible that the lean will come out later.
    No before measurements. Sorry folks.

Been using this stuff to clean off the bird crap between washings. I use it on my motorcycles too.
    006.jpg

Decided to do entire vehicle since it wasn't very dirty and didn't feel like dragging out the pressure washer. I'm on a private well and the house water pressure isn't that good for washing vehicles.
    003.jpg
Pros: You heard the saying "I put that sh*t on everything". Well this stuff works good on everything. It's real wax as you can feel it when buffing out.
Cons: Not to be used if vehicle is caked with mud or salt. I didn't use it on the tires. I used soap and water with a scrub brush. You do small areas at a time and because the watery consistency it's hard to see where you left off. A lot of overlapping. Don't really know about the protective qualities.
Make sure to read instruction. I spray product on surface and wipe gently with damp MF towel. Before product dries on surface, buff out with CLEAN MF towel. I rinse applicator towel, or use clean towel, between doing areas of surface being cleaned.

I also 'accessorized' my HU with RAV4 radio knobs (no picture).

I had some free time today so I decided to install some new sliders. So far I'm really liking the Step Edition Rock Sliders with Filler Plate. That desert tan powder coating is amazing! I hope it can hold up!20240303_181753.jpg

My neighbor works in pharma here at RTP. Seems he changes jobs about every 4 or 5 years. Always working weird shifts/hours.

Thx. It actually looks better than it does in that photo. The sun sort of washed out the shine. Later last night I made a Chinese takeout run and in the dusky light it looked really shiny. The black plastic bits looked super fresh. Didn't have the stones to take a photo of the truck in the parking lot with everyone watching. :)

It's been a couple of weeks of use and it's working great. Once you establish wireless connection the first time it automatically connects every time. There is a slight delay between the time I start the truck and when the CarPlay module connects but it's minimal.

Sound quality is great...no difference between it and playing directly from bluetooth. Resolution is great...can't tell any difference between it and CarPlay displayed in our Bronco Sport.

    I haven't had any lock-ups whatsoever.

Only issues I have had are 'user issues' where I haven't left the audio source on bluetooth or have changed things to the point that I need to 'start up' the module again by pressing the 'Home' button. One tip I discovered is if CarPlay is running and you're wanting to get to the user interface screen for the module, you can select "Toyota" from the CarPlay menu to do so.

Overall I'd say for less than $300 this is an excellent way to get WIRELESS CarPlay/Android auto in your truck!
