Yikes! Another morning so soon? I never finished yesterday’s morning!
Oh boy…kettlebell day, then off to get granddaughter’s tires rotated, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Sprouts (specialies and some delicious oatmeal raisin cookies!), then nap time!
Been reading Bad Blood, the story of Theranos start-up scam. It seems like a high percentage of those in Silicon Valley are evil. Gives me nightmares about the world that has come to be.

Sprouts has some of the best peach pie I’ve ever had.

 

Good pie is one of the things I miss from times past. Hard to find GOOD pie in restaurants today.

Great weekend at the farm. I really love my Tacoma. Just turned 1,000 on the clock yesterday. So smooth and solid. I hope it stays that way.

 

I'm coming up on 3 years with mine, just broke 10k miles. Not one problem with it, love it.

 

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! I didn't bounce either, @ImpulseRed008 ! Still sore, but not raining until Thursday - near 80 again, so try to get the backyard cleaned before then. Have to bathe the doggo and water sunroom pots with the wife first. Everyone have a great week.

 

I'll be heading up tomorrow, figured I'de wait a day for caltrans to get the roads cleared of all the stranded folks.

I don't think HWY 88 had too many folks stranded though.

morning kids, Mother Nature is putting on a pretty good light show, lotsa rain

 

Off to pick up our tax return this am. Some "glitch in the system" prevented completion yesterday. The agent that started our return promised she'd be in at 10am today... didn't show up at all. Kinda says it all.
Called our HVAC repair shop, they sent a guy out. He changed the run capacitor on our heat pump compressor, and it's off and running again. The heat exchanger has backup heating elements, so we had heat in the meantime. Glad that's all it was, but it's a reminder that it's getting old.

 

Good morning. Started raining last night and will continue for a few days. Going to be an easy day with not much planned.

Have a couple appointments Dr check up on shoulder, car Dr some sort of recall inspection on the Hyundai and gym.

 

Ugh! Wish you hadn’t reminded me. I hope I got all my final stuff in the mail yesterday. Now I need to organize it to send to my tax lady.
Been saving since Christmas to replace my iPhone and iPad…another ugh! Going to the Apple store today to get probably my last one of each. 15 yo stuff just doesn’t seem to work well and I suspect they are about to quit supporting it that old.
And of course I’m going to spend some time outside while the sun is shining! Need my vitamin D! Hopefully the wind won’t be bad and 50* is nice in the sun.
