Doc said I've reached the maximum medical improvement on my shoulder after 1 yr max 25-30 lbs over head. On the left side.

 

WOW! Outstanding IMO! I do single overhead presses with a 25 lb kettlebell! Don’t think I’ll ever make it to 30 lbs.

 

So about a year ago you guys might remember my furnace took a shit.
So after, I discovered a big no heat issue with the hi efficiency boiler.
Since the boiler was only hot while running, the radiant heat from a hot boiler was not there.
So lack of fin surface caused my furnace to run twice as much and the house was cold besides.
So before the heating season I installed 3 radiators downstairs. BIG RADIATORS…..
So now I have the radiant surface I need.
Now I know it hasn’t been the coldest of winters but, 50% less is something to pay attention to.



I am extremely happy and downstairs is warm again..
And I have unlimited hot water even when the furnace is off for the summer….
I think it’s a win….

I know. Still can believe what I’m seeing.

 

So I’m 6 months into 60, heck that makes me 60 1/2. Does anyone else have a hell of a time separating papers or opening zip-lock bags. I was ok at 59 now it’s a struggle.

@Tacoma Mike that's great on the heating, since heat raises that is going to make a huge difference when it gets colder next year. I have forced air and registers in the ceiling of my basement. I had 1 return in the entire lower level. After putting a couple more it was more comfortable but no savings on that energy. But that wasn't the goal. I was able to cut out a couple space heaters. I'm not sure the savings I got because of not running space heaters but it sure made a difference in the over all comfort. Nat gas vs electricity. That was 10 years ago.

 

We just installed a new high efficiency system. Which replaced our old high efficiency system, no tax credit. Oh well, I got heat and air. Conventional forced air system, natural gas.
