You know the one. I'm walking up to the ATM...

"Nice little rock-crawler you've got there. Sure looks clean. I bet it never gets any dirt on it."

    Oh, I don't know... ;)

were they expecting a rock crawler to get muddy? Last time I went rock crawling, pretty sure everything got dusty at most....

Ironically, my truck's actually fairly dirty from the week-long series of storms we had around here. I usually keep it pretty clean.

And I have washed it since that pic was snapped :p

    My bad, Bullwinkle.

I looked again and with the dusting on the lower bumper it's got that MGM sheen to it.

    Regardless, it looks great...

Just remember, anyone who cares enough to make the comment at all is at least a little envious and would jump at a chance to actually go off-roading.

Damn, I wouldn't have even justified his question to that degree. Pretty dick thing to say overall. I wonder what he says to all the 12" lifted F-250 drivers fitted with 22" rims and mud tires.

the guy also asked how much weight i think my "running boards" hold. I said my truck is about 3500+ and they hold it just fine...

people are idots. The guy climbed into his bone stock exterra and drove off staring in his rear view mirrors

Someone once asked me why I was trying to make my Tacoma look like an H2 Hummer.

HA! I'm surprised no one has made that comment to me about my FJ. The FJ is a hell of a lot closer to looking like an H2 than a Tacoma. Why don't these people just think first, and then shut their mouth rather than proving their incompetence?
