Simple description, the J30 was a 4-door Z car based on the 3rd generation Nissan Leopard. The A32 Maxima (US) and I30 (Nissan Cefiro) got the new lightweight all aluminum VQ30.

The advertising at the time was the A32 had power of a V8 in a compact car.

It has glowing reviews for a "kit" lens and should fit the gap I have.

I guess there are a couple of survivors from Prince Motor Company. Actually, Nissan trucks in the US are from the Prince side of the family.

At the drive ins we have in south Texas they mix the margherita or whatever cocktail you want... With no alcohol than give you a couple shots of liquor that's your responsibility to no mix into the beverage till you get home

There's no particular one type of car that frequents these

Some of them have strippers working them

The J30 must be rare nowadays. I don't think I've ever seen one in the wild.

The reviews all praise it. I picked this one up for $650 used from B&H. Not a bad price really, I'm sure more will pop up in time. Only shot the truck while running errands, so far so good. It's compressed due to the TW upload but it was tack sharp.

They were around in 2010. I think Nissan had parts suppliers pull the shocks so any that was left ended up going to the junkyard.

Something went crunch in the rear diff today, pulled the rear driveshaft but it was still making sounds... Trailered it home, teardown next.

About 12k miles with 1k ish wheeling since I built the third. I'll see how bad it is tomorrow.

8.4 Sequoia swap might get pulled ahead?
