thanks, I have a spare 8.0 elocker third in 4.10... but the front is 4.88

I might rock the 4.10 for a month or so while I purchase and prep an 8.4...

Boss and another admin decided to bring a traeger to work to smoke ribs, only problem is there's wind and unfortunately our office now smells like a brushfire... it's not a big office. Save me... I don't even like smoked foods much, I think it's a cooking crutch for people without talent or possibly for little flavor/spice tolerance. Hooray anything you put in comes out tasking like a forest fire, you're a good chef now.

at least you don't have people regularly microwaving seafood in the break room, thank god I don't share a space with any of them. But it sucks when you open up the microwave to heat up your lunch and it reeks of nuclear sardines

We got rid of the gal that used to do that. I'll give these guys credit, they put a lot of prep into these soon to be very bland ribs at least. I probably would have just stuck the ribs on without rub or prep since the end product is gonna taste the same.

Oof that sucks. I have picked up a high gluten bread diet lately. Sorry you can't enjoy it yourself. :(
I sit near the microwaves and we have several people who do that. Luckily I'm not sensitive to it. I live in a smelly part of town as it is with a sugar beat processing plant down the street. When the wind blows from the west it gets a nice funk to it engine from peanut butter to organic settling ponds.

When I was freelancing I had a recurring gig with a client in an industrial part of town called Vernon, just down the street from their shop was a Farmer Johns processing plant. Every day around a certain time in the afternoon the whole goddamn area smelled like absolute ass, I have no idea why but it emanated from that meat processing plant. It was so bad you'd choke on it if you were close enough.

hey roasted brussel sprouts are actually pretty good :anonymous: they loose that awful smell though when they're roasted, raw ones smell really bad.

Broccoli has that farts smell too, whenever Rebecca makes it for dinner and I come home from work it literally smells like the baby diaper bin throughout the entire house lol.

There's a meat processing plant south of town, but it's pretty far out. Then the cheese factory to the east, that one is ROUGH. Used to work across the street and the HVAC would pump that into the building. Should have been a crime IMO. I though someone shit on the floor in the office the first time I smelled it. Our 100*+ days in the summer really got their waste ponds ripe.

@Ozark_RegCab If you can't be in Miami this weekend, Hagarville Grocery is always with it. March 10 is Calle Ocho! You never know what you'll find in Hagarville.
