Afternoon Pa. Two point five hours to go and I'm out till Monday morning. Headed to someplace called Wellsboro, staying with friends who moved there recently.

Wellsboro is awesome, I love going up there. Old fashioned gas streetlights and an old movie theater in town. There is a historical walking tour you can do around the town. You should be able to find the printed directions and info at most of the local stores or just ask and someone will tell you where you can pick it up.

    Stuff. Things.
I've had a total of 6 or 7 cortisone shots.. All from the same freaking guy except the first one. That was for a torn AC joint in my shoulder from a nasty rugby game, and the next 5 in my back.. firehouse injury and when my knee finally gave out from an old improperly diagnosed injury I ended up back in the same dudes office. Before I could object (I despise coritsone...) he had already numbed and injected that crappy stuff. Find an ortho who is a patient advocate, and willing to fight for you with the insurance companies...

I was just going to say they're just as bad in Jersey if not worse. LOL.

Ironman4x4 heavy duty leafsprings just arrived. These things are heavy and beefy as heel.

They weigh 78lbs each pack. I thought they were heavy.

    Great little town.
This guy was really good. Understood what was going on because I wasn’t working, didn’t push things on me and made sure it was all going well. My biggest thing was I wanted to be able to function normally. He did great. Was just concerned about range of motion after 4 months of therapy. Gave me whatever the shot was to soften tissues and I went to therapy the next morning. Huge improvement.

If anyone in PA is interested in an RCI bed rack for a long bed 3rd Gen I got one I'm trying to get rid of. $500 takes it. Theyre going for almost $800 with the RCI sale going on. $900ish when not on sale. R4T currently has them for $925. Come take this rack off my hands!

Below is a pic of it on my old Tacoma. It's currently sitting in my basement.

I had a bed rack awhile ago. I liked it but when hauling windshields or motorcycle just got in the way. Glws I'm sure someone will Snag it up. Try putting it on the northeast craigslist finds.
