Generic OBD2 data for P15AD shows it's related to the control circuit for the fluid-filled engine mounts: https://www.engine-codes.com/p15ad.html

The "bright" side is the ECM is now in the engine bay, so the connectors are easy to access for diagnostics

LOL, you should visit the 3rd Gen Section if you think this part goes off topic.

I've watched a few videos of the 4th gen off roading now, and from the outside of the truck, that 4-banger sounds like a diesel, lmao. I still wanna drive one to get the feel of the new frame, rear suspension, engine, tranny, etc. I won't be buying one since my 3rd gen is less than 2 years old and these new trucks are expensive as shit but it's fun watching early adopters and youtubers beta test these for us. :D

Wait until a 4th gen runs through a ditch and goes airborne!

My biggest complaint about the 24 Tacoma...having to spend 5K to get the upgraded stereo. What a bunch of BS. I know all manufacturers are doing that but seriously 5K worth of options for the stereo? I think GM's Bose system, which probably isn't as good as the Toyota JBL system, added around $1000. I wouldn't care if it was easy to add an an aftermarket stereo of my choice, but that's no longer a trivial do it yourself job.
