Just installed mine. Great results.
Any issue with adhesion after car wash? Just thinking ahead

 

After the install I hosed my truck down with a high pressure fire hose several times. No problems. As long as you prepped the surface, you will be OK. OP uses 3M adhesive. That's what Toyota uses for its factory badges.

 

Out of the 3000+ sets, I've had maybe 10 people message with issues with the plates falling off. Mine are still holding strong after all these years with no signs of coming off. But if you do have issues, please let me know and I'll take care of ya!

 

I have had mine on for a couple of years ,no problems. Gone through many car washes, no problems. I even had to pull one off to replace a bulb. Replaced the bulb and stuck it back on. That was over 3 months ago and it is still there.

 

Should be able to extract from behind w a twist to swap a bulb.

 

Yea, you are right. But for me it was easier to pull the socket out from the front.
