The wife had an aunt that was a nurse and that’s what she did. Anytime someone would ask her what she had been up to she would say just been looking up old friends.

All the best with the knee PT. Lets hope there wasn't 39 staples :boink:

Not just Montana, it's done the same in GA too. Build, build, build, then realize that roads, schools, sewer, water, electrical isn't sufficient...:frusty:

Morning all. Off today and thankful for the rest. Rain in the forecast. Painting this topper is coming down to the last minute. Wanted it done for the race next week. More sanding in the rain. LOL

Enjoying my coffee finally. Was kinda confused as to why I had to fast for an ultrasound. Went in for my annual ultrasound on my lower half, apparently they are able too see better with you empty. Got the see you in a year, not the :annoyed: I have the AAA between the heart and stomach, no food gives them a better view . First time I had to fast, this is my fourth time doing it. They can remove the anyurism, but it needs to be bigger/ more blockage for the insurance to authorize. The AAA is also known as the “widow maker “ so I got that going for me. So breakfast is going to be granola and yogurt and coffee. Damn doctor’s are taking all the fun out of retirement.

For all of those in this thread.... Since we are all that age for colonoscopy stuff...

People in Europe can't believe that we still get them done this way. Lots of places over there have this camera pill you swallow now & wear a waist belt overnight... It films as it goes thru you & stores it on the hard drive on the belt & then you just pass the camera & flush it.

Buddy in Germany said it gives 360 views all the way thru & marks distance so that if there is a problem they know exactly where to go. This type of camera also lets you get the throat, stomach & upper GI all done at the same time. Cost is very CHEAP too!

Naturally this method is NOT popular over here where "we" still pay for health care. My DR says they will never let it happen cause right now a scope job is about $8K & uses 4 people vs you being comfy at home by yourself & dropping the hard drive off.

They get some cool stuff over there.
