    Spinal discs are smooshed due to degenerative disc disease and arthritis. Compressing the spinal nerves . First thing to try is corticosteroids injections into disc area to release pressure on the nerves . If that doesn’t work we will discuss surgery . I’m falling apart daily . Stacked a cord of firewood today and have been moving like 95 year old :(

    My FIL fell and fractured a vertebrae, he goes next week to get a cement injection that is supposed to basically jack his vertebrae up so the two aren’t sitting on top of eachother causing pain. Idk what the material is but was called cement.

    Not sure what it is but it acts like cement so no movement once it’s set in there .
