And I've always been amazed at how many tuning/aftermarket shops are based out of Portland. Perrin is a huge one in the Subaru arena and they're in Portland. Another one is what used to be called PDX Tuning. I think they call themselves something "line" now.

Considering Portland and Oregon in general pretty much sucks when it comes to car culture (people who actually give a crap about customizing cars), we have a good selection. 503 Motoring is in Beaverton. I follow them on FB, it's amazing how many high dollar cars they work on for local people

 

Actually I have to admit, it seems like there's a pretty big car scene here tbh. There's a lot of old muscle and classics lying around, lot of tuners, even some exotics around. Plus there's a lot of beefed up trucks too. It amazes me when only three months out of the year are really road worthy for most of the nice sports cars

Also I was wondering about that shop when we drove by it to go to Helvatia Tavern awhile back...

 

Any of you guys need a set of gray carpet floor mats for a double cab?

 

I think I'll have to stop by that PSE place next time I'm in that area. Looks like some ridiculously nice rides go through there.

 

Anybody recomend a good bodyshop around the Portland area? I need to get my truck fixed after getting rear ended. I need a bodyshop who does great work don't care about price cause the other person's insurance is covering it.

Install went fairly well, with the exception of the stupid clock. That alone took me an hour, and I had to pull the radio clean apart.

I read that it had issues with newer IPOD's. I can play my IPOD, but cannot control from the unit itself. I have tried 3 different iterations, two of the 3 worked, just no control from the head unit....Is this normal?
