Okay thanks. I have a 2019 TRD Sport V6 AWD with that honey comb type grille and I am liking that pro grille.

Toyo Open Country AT3's. Balance with minimal weights, drive smooth and ride quiet.

Depends on the package, the OffRoad, Sport and Pro have different grilled. The ones that say Toyota are Pro's

Depends on year also, 2023 TRD Sport has the honeycomb looking grille.

I still think the one you are discussing is the best grille. I’m stuck with the 2017 Kyle Ren SR5 grille, which is pretty sweet too.

Oh, for the OP—trail brush’n’branch pinstripes on the clear coat of your truck look way cooler than aggressive tires. And they’re free. And they come with memories. And they are marks of, as Jack London wrote in one of his manuscripts,

That's an idea, thanks but pinstripes is not for me. I like the clean look. Adding beefy tire would already satisfy me. For now, that's the only I am missing and I will be really happy with beefy tires and probably I would also add a roof rack fairing.

What is a roof rack fairing? You have the Toyota OEM roof rack, so far I have found them to be great! The gold way more than the 100lbs they claim. I have loaded it down with a few hundred pounds of lumber then stood my 200lb a$$ on top of them and the OEM roof rack worked just fine. You can also buy the bed extender from Harbor Freight for under $100. If you flip it around and instead of extending it out to make the bed longer you put it upright, its the same height as the OEM roofrack :) with that you can haul 20 ft lumber with no problem!

What this guy said. I had them on my Tacoma before I traded it in. Excellent wet performance, did really good in the snow that we had in Tennessee this winter, plus not really loud when driving. Was very impressed and will probably throw a set on my tundra soon

I mean roof rack wind fairing like the one in the picture below, I circled it in red. So I do not have to stow the crossbars when I am done using it. The crossbars making a lot of wind noise without the wind fairing.

    s-l1600.jpg

I've only used the roof rack with 2 long 2x4's. I plan to add camper shell too from Leer or ARE, that will be useful when I take my family on camping :D

with the OEM roof rack I never really noticed wind noise. But why not fold them in when your not using them?

Just wanna restate- don’t go super big for no reason. Your MPG will suffer. Your drive train will suffer. Your drive quality will suffer. I got tall 35 inch skinny tires that don’t rub on stock suspension and they are great for off roading and bad weather.

But I would probably keep close to stock profile next time because of how hard they are on clutch, gas, acceleration, noise, weight, and cost.

You can get aggressive tread tires that are normal size and not have all those costs just for the sake of appearance or the tiny amounts of off-roading.

I've had 2 sets of BFG KO2's on my 2015 Tacoma Sport. First set being 265/75/16. Current set is 285/75/16. Between the two sets, 265's were a lot better on the road and even great at off-roading. When I switched to 285's, I noticed a significant difference in driving on road quality and off road quality, but I can live with it. They have been great so far for snow, mud, dirt, sand, etc. If you are planning to use it more for family driving, I would stick to 265/75/16. You shouldn't have any issues with running that size as long as your wheels do not have an aggressive offset. You would need to upgrade your suspension/lift if you want to go with 285's. 20240309_183555756_iOS.jpg

Thanks. I think Kenda Klever is one of the nicest tires I’ve seen online base on user review's. One of the tires I maybe looking to buy and the other one is the Kumho Road Venture AT’s. Prices are reasonable too.
