Replaced the stock intake with a INJEN EVOLUTION Intake. Woke the engine up.. Alot of people say waste of money but I have to disagree. Night and day once replaced.

The skid plate is the right color, but where in the f&#k did those 100k All-season street tires come from?

Bought some cheap Sylvania lights for the SSO bumper. They actually work great. Buttoned this up today with FBC harness. And yes used that dog bed thing as a pillow while working down there.

That's unfortunate to hear, could have saved myself a little money there. Now I'm gonna "have to spend" more money upgrading the headunit or adding an Amp down the line lol

Yeah, sorry man. I made the same mistake, haha. It's a rabbit hole, for sure. I'm looking at adding a sub now. Lol. :rofl:The head unit is definitely a game changer.

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
They Kicker Key is great. You can turn up the gain a little and actually have good sound out of the rear speakers with the factory headhunt. Easy install too, I used this harness to intercept the factory speaker wire. Then a ground under the dash, 12 volt to the battery with a fuse and you're good to go.

You can stuff it down and to the right of the factory head unit.

FYI, my Tacoma is a 2020 non jbl, make sure to get the harness that works with your year and model.

Removed the side steps that came with the truck. Much better.

nah, anything is better that what came stock, and it does balance the sound when paired with a separate tweeter. and coaxial up front. I went with kicker 6x9 coax in the rear as well, rather than a triax… Now if I could have found a new set of Jensen 6 X 9 triax’s, that would have been an all different ball game..

It is only one "scratch" on the RCI engine plate, but this probably would have done something to the underbody ...

I've been contemplating the same. I get in and out and get dirt and crap on my pants and think "these things are effing worthless", but then I see them as I walk up and think "mmm that looks good, I'll leave em on there". But, I think they gotta go this weekend.

I honestly want side steps so I have bought sliders (sitting in the garage) for protection but also as side steps (more so for the wife). The problem I had with mine were that they just sat too inwards to the body making them quite useless. To step on them I was basically on the toe edge of the balls of my feet. If I got a comfortable step on them, my foot would partially be under the body.
