Removed the side steps that came with the truck. Much better.

nah, anything is better that what came stock, and it does balance the sound when paired with a separate tweeter. and coaxial up front. I went with kicker 6x9 coax in the rear as well, rather than a triax… Now if I could have found a new set of Jensen 6 X 9 triax’s, that would have been an all different ball game..

It is only one "scratch" on the RCI engine plate, but this probably would have done something to the underbody ...

I've been contemplating the same. I get in and out and get dirt and crap on my pants and think "these things are effing worthless", but then I see them as I walk up and think "mmm that looks good, I'll leave em on there". But, I think they gotta go this weekend.

I honestly want side steps so I have bought sliders (sitting in the garage) for protection but also as side steps (more so for the wife). The problem I had with mine were that they just sat too inwards to the body making them quite useless. To step on them I was basically on the toe edge of the balls of my feet. If I got a comfortable step on them, my foot would partially be under the body.

Yes - my Taco’s mileage makes quite an impression on my wallet, too!

I spent most of my money on gas for my Taco. The rest I wasted on mods.

Best mod I ever did. I put sound deadening inside the doors and over the outside after reassembling everything (80 mil Kilmat) and it makes such a difference. Audio sound quality is much improved as is overall road noise.

Installed Clazzio’s (after waiting almost 3 months for delivery) with black/beige inserts and orange stitiching, my interior is complete

Headreasts were the most difficult part, but they fit so good!

That looks so clean! Looks factory. I’m thinking of getting some made with a Baja blanket style

Looks great! Where did you get the dash surround decals? Love that accent.
