Ok who has delt with this problem? After I removed my sway bar I started pulling my cv's apart, I believe the inner cv is sliding out at full droop. Any advice to keep this from happening, I'm assuming limit straps will help but I rather go for more travel.

Football is not a game anymore it’s a job, they don’t play football they work football. Just goes to show you how money f**ked up yet another American past-time, the average working class that made the sport so popular can’t even afford to go and enjoy a game. I swear when they start charging us to watch there overpaid ass on tv (and they will) that will be the end.

Is this happening on both sides? This is common if you have not replaced the needle roller bearing in the driver side of the diff with a solid bushing from ECGS

    Axle
Axle is welded to the frame and it all still looks new with no cracks or any suspicious defects so I suspect no shifting.

i plan to rotate tires and check/repack bearings when i get to TN.

in the meantime, i will reach out to the trailer manufacturer to see what they have to say. I predict is just nature of the trailer and softer compounds. I should probably rotate them.

Sometimes the manufacture welds the suspension a little off and can have thrust angle issues. Something to check out.

The stock MT on my 2005 Jayco Baja 10y scalloped just like yours. I tossed em and put AT tires on that are balanced. I do notice the trailer tracks much better. MT are probably the worst tread pattern for trailers, imo.

yaaa something less aggressive is in order if the alignment checks out ok.

running LR E General Grabber HD tires on my double axle trailer and they've been kicking ass for 4 years of dragging stuff up and down dirt roads and in the snow. no signs of funky wear at all and barely any tread wear

This happened to @YamaDirtrider twice in one weekend, but besides the two of you I have never heard of it or experienced it myself. His swaybar has been off for years and we are still unsure what's causing the issue all of sudden. Josh can chime in, but I don't recall he made any changes to the front suspension that would have prompted it happening all of a sudden. He doesn't have a sway bar, and had done the ECGS bushing.

I think both situations for Josh were low speed, with one tire a little stuffed while turning, but it was benign shit like pulling out of camp, and nothing we haven't done 100 million billion times before. I have watched him do some silly shit over the years much stupider than leaving camp, and its never happened. Nothing blew apart or broke, it just pulled from the cup and we were all scrambling to find his balls on the trail to put his axle back together. A few extra pine needle bearings went in but i think he's still running it and hasn't blown up.

Other than puncture resistance, do the tires really matter on a trailer if the axle isn’t helping with propulsion? If it is being pulled, wouldn’t you want the lowest rolling resistance?
