I actually have been getting most of my parts via email as small bits and pieces arent listed but they do pretty much carry everything to rebuild the sc.

    the part # is 056-052030

as long as the cuts good it will run fine. My pulley was slightly off and my cut could have been better and it started to walk off. But most folks and page one says goooooo

I didn't have to cut mine at all. I just slapped it on. This is for the main serpentine belt and not the accessory belt for the SC, sorry if I misread the previous posts!

I would send an email out to
    david@superchargersonline.com

He has been extremely responsive and meticulous about the details for the parts I needed. He pretty much has an invoice to me same day and I have never hated a company so much for enticing me to purchase from them multiple times purely because of their customer support.

I pretty much got a bare bones beat up SC and have the full install kit + rebuild components after piecing it together the last half year with much of my appreciation to SCOL and of course the awesomeness of TW.

I'll go ahead and share the first video I have of my setup with some revs..

Invest in some solid mounts if you don't have it on your list. . Worth every penny!

That’s easy enough and I’m up for it. Any idea where to find them?

Several companies make them. Solid off-road, dirt designs (socalmoto@gmail.com) are a couple. Probably more companies make them but off the top. Also make sure you get a trans mount as well.

I'm actually running PRG poly mounts. Probably about time to swap out the bushings..

Thanks, I’ll look it up. I might need something a little different than the rest of you guys, I’ve got an x-runner with 6spd trans.

    That was easy…

New Rousch tensioner, double bearing pulley, new long studs, billdacat8 wrap mod, and a trimmed down rpm belt. All that’s left is putting the fan and shroud back on, and a final test drive.
A huge thank you to all the guys here who’ve gone out of their way to help me. To be honest I’ve never found any other car enthusiast forum with such brotherhood :amen:

Looks good man. But you gotta drop that pulley size especially if you running a 7th injector?! ;)

Thanks! 2.55 and I’m happy with it for now. Lots of other toys around here for when I feel the need for speed ;)

Nice! Sometimes it looks like I have the hood popped open when cruising on the interstate. Makes me a little nervous.
Are those aluminum or steel posts for the connection to the core support? I have heard of breakage on the aluminum, but that was one instance from years ago.
Is that hood scoop functional? Does it tie to the air box?

I used to get this too. I adjusted my rubber bumpers out a bit and now my hood is solid even at 80+ mph

They are pretty stout and made of steel. The hood scoop is functional in that it helps release all the hot air out of the engine bay.

    :thumbsup::thumbsup:
It’s definitely got enough of the belt on the pulley; in fact, with this particular set up you could probably get away with trimming another 1/8” off the rear collar to even things out, but imo that would be purely cosmetic.
Thanks again for all your help, and the awesome job you did for me on the pulley!

perfect, ok. Thats how mine sits and I knew I had enough so I wanted to start there. We can always trim it down more now that you know.
