It's just a 22 semi auto, cheap to shoot. I have other firearms but ammo has gotten ridiculous.
    I chose a taurus tx22 scr.

Cool. Use quality ammunition ... my G44 hangs on one brand of range 22LR, but not on two brands of better quality. 22 does that ...

I dunno about you guys but I really enjoy taking my time to build a real nice piece of furniture, a table. Speaking of tables, you mentioned wantkng to get a new table saw...if you have the room, this one from Rigid is one of the nicest tools for the money that I rever owned. https://xdcdepot.com/product/ridgid-r4520-13-amp-10-in-professional-cast-iron-table-saw/

Check out my IG, All I use it for is to post my creations, not all woodwork but all of my woodwork is yhere, if that makes sense, lol. https://www.instagram.com/marcusstickney?igsh=MWphZDB2MG9udDN2OQ==

Yeah I'll try a few different brands and see which ones it likes best. But I also have a 22 revolver that will shoot anything including the ones the new pistola doesn't like.

The Winchester Wildcat works for me, but the Federal generic-range did not. The semi-automatic action cycle is triggered by the gunpowder and the Federal just does not cut it for me for some reason.

But ... back to dull and boring "wood" I guess ...

Michigan. New bs purchase permit laws went into effect February. It's not going to stop gun crimes, it only inconveniences law abiding citizens.
We used to be able to go to a gun store, fill out the federal form and just make your purchase, not anymore.

That's not the intended purpose of the law.

I was told to just get a shotgun and fire two blasts up into the air. Physics doesn't apply to shotgun rounds so I'm pretty sure I shot down the ISS and a few satellites by now. Its legal, President said so. But in a more serious note, making it more difficult for law abiding citizens just makes it easier for criminals to commit armed crime because they know less people will be armed. I'm sorry about what Michigan is doing to you @woodtickgreg but I go by the mantra that "a right delayed is a right denied". I believe FPC and GOA all have lawsuits fighting that currently in court right now. And I had to double check to confirm that this is the woodworking thread.

Looking good. I have built 2 stations like that. I might rebuild the one I have at some point. I like tray style drawers for tool storage. I built a Norm Abrahms design once and I really like his drawer set up over what I have. My current is a bunch of different cabinets I got from a habitat for humanity store for $100. It works but it's not what I really want.

Since its garage furniture I'm able to overcome my OCD on all my mistakes. Building the drawers is not that bad, its making them fit in the cabinet for me.
