And just like the radiator a year ago, my mechanic is letting me have the old parts for scrap...

 

This afternoon I was getting into my car, my hands were full so l set my phone on the rear spoiler. Backed out of the garage and reminded myself to grab the phone but got distracted by a hole in the driveway. After driving about 10 miles l noticed my phone was gone and had an oh shit moment. Drove up and down the street a few times but could not find it unfortunately. A new phone is coming in a couple days but all my contacts and pictures will be missing.

Nope, l never messed around with any of that stuff. You will have to text me in a couple days so l can add you back to my contacts.

 

So you still have the same number? Sucks you don't have an iPhone because then I could find the phone's exact location...

 

Yeah they said the new phone will still have the same number, at least l had insurance on it and its only a $25 processing fee. I was praying that it actually fell off in the driveway before ever leaving, guessing someone picked it up somewhere out on the road as l travelled the route 3 times looking.
