If he tries Lance Slow will take them both out and blame the kid. Daddy Slow will claim his little ray of sunshine can do no wrong.

I really enjoyed the drive by Bearman.

Took away from watching Vos and the Mexican.

They didn't even televise those two. They kept the cameras and the commentary on the actual racing like they should. And there was some good racing.

Turns out Lance Slow speared the barriers all on his own. In any other team he would have been fired long ago.

It wasn’t lances fault. It was weak suspension components

Apparently a lot of the corners have barriers that are angled like a 50 pence piece vs smooth radial, this must have been what caught him out along with the weak suspension ;)

Just watched the 30 min replay of Australia last year and totally forgot what a chaotic race it was. 3 restarts and one of those on the penultimate lap.

I don’t know if anyone watches Wheeler Dealer (UK car restoration program) but the mechanic ( Mark ‘Elvis’ Priestly) that’s on the current season is genius, he used to wrench for McLaren F1 and some of the fixes he comes up with are brilliant. It’s a fun little show that fixes up some classic cars.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
I liked Ed on that show back in the day. Was not a big fan of the guy who replaced him. Elvis is legit though. Guy knows his stuff. Like “I’m just gonna borrow this blokes machine shop and redesign this rare engine block and make a stroker motor”. I guess those guys are more engineers than mechanics though. Either way the dude does not seem to get rattled by whatever he brings him.

Totally, both of them are pretty talented.

With a newborn I have lots of extra tv time so have been watching all the old reruns. In the older series they do make a few grand on each vehicle but the newer ones they barely make any, especially as they don’t take into account the mechanics hours.

I just watched the ford fiesta episode, man they took that thing down to the shell and then even replaced half of it. Sucks it was nicked!
