Audio Unit Mystery !

    Hi everybody,

    As i said in my introduce post, I have a brand new Tacoma 3rd Generation. I live in French Polynesia, and the all new Tacoma isn't yet arrived here.

    I discover a real mystery about my audio unit.
    I don't have AppleCarPlay, Android, and this kind of apps !!

    I check the version of my Audio Unit and it is very strange

    Model : 19TDT1NA-EAPE
    86140-04230
    Audio actual : 1792

    I don't find any information about a 1792 version... someone here have the same ?
    It seems to be a recent version, so I don't understand why I don't have Apple Carplay...

    sounds like it's a regional lock and that you might be able to buy a USA-head unit and do a swap...
