If that was from a table leg it would almost justify using said table for firewood just to settle the score.

    Man, that looks awful.
I wouldn't wish that on a respected enemy.

My toe beside my big one is still blue after 3 months. I kicked a piece of wood in the stove with crocs on but hit the stove. Ugh. Doesn’t hurt anymore, just blue nail.

My father in Laws funeral was today. He was 97. I met him 42 years ago at age 55. I have been married to his daughter for 40 years. I am 61, just six years older than he was when I was 18 and he was 55. What a life. RIP Jim.

    97. Pretty good run.

I'm not sure I want to go that long.

My condolences. Take care of your wife.

Yeah! I was vacuuming carpet then stopped to dump the canister and jammed it on the coffee table while returning the canister to the unit. Floored me!
I got near everything in my truck for lift kit install tomorrow. All I'm lacking is mp3 player and speaker, bottle of loctite. I will double check my list before I leave in the morning.
Instructions that come with Eibach kit would have you separate the ball joint but I find it easier just remove the bottom two bolts that attach it to the lower arm.

I make the same comparisons often. It's quite a perspective or reminder how fast time goes.
    Take care, cherish every day.

    I understand completely.

Lost my Stepfather the middle of February. Wife and I had to run from here in South Carolina to Michigan for the funeral and memorial. You just don't realize how big the families get when the parents get up there. My Stepfather was 92.

It's exhausting trying to catch up with everyone and their kids.

It's not a bad thing and it gives you a context on how families grow and how fast!

What's funny is we planned and paid for all the dinner and stuff for the memorial dinner. And no help from any siblings, which is okay. Let's move on and go forward. Life is short, even at 97.

Rip Jim, cheers on a life well lived.

I'm working 2nd shift hours on first shift, shh don't tell 2nd. Boss says I don't care how or when, I just need 8 hours Saturday. I say yup I'll be there. Couple hours sleep, roll in at 0015 and I'm home before the neighbor fires up his mower. I was randomly selected to be searched at the gate, still nerve wracking a bit even though I know I'm clean. Need this coffee to start kicking in...
