I removed my carrier bearing shims and flipped it 180 and 90% of the vibrations i was getting at 20mph is gone
This are my new readings of the angles

    Front shaft 5.40

    Back shaft 8.75

    Carrier bearing angle 3.35

    Pinion angle 3.90

    Back angle 4.85

    = 1.5

Yeah luckily you corrected this early and didn't damage the CV joint surface.

nice. Way to go. A little experimentation did the trick. I think at this point rear axle shims under your leafs would be the cherry on top

it wouldn’t damage the CVs just the needle bearing. I went through 2 that Toyota installed before I did the bushing

@Abdulla installed a no-name chineseium clamshell bushing that caused the vibes. The bore of the bushing needs to be well-manufactured with the correct teflon/sintered bronze material at the correct size, or the friction can chew up the CV joint surface.
