2024 Supercross Thread

Everyone thinks his dad is doing a bang-up job already...

 

Maybe it’s all an act and he’s trying to create this bad boy villain persona like his dad did with himself and the metal mulisha.

 

Deegan Jr. can quit now then....he already surpassed his father's SX/MX career...

 

The kid can ride a dirt bike. His speed is fast and he is ahead of the game. I grew up racing BMX with Jeremy McGrath. We raced the same class. I was faster when we pedaled. Jeremy was a different rider when he twisted the throttle. We knew motocross was going to be his thing. I was lucky enough to race BMX and ride dirt bikes in SoCal so I got to see first hand my BMX friend do special things in Super Cross. Haiden has the potential to do great things. He is fast as shit and hasn’t even grown into his body and he has no muscle. Just think how fast he will be when he gets his man body and matures. Gonna be fun to watch. Either he will stay healthy and give Jett a run for his money or he will crash and burn.

 

The kid definitely has sone skills as seen is his 360 save at Daytona. He’s also pretty good on a pit bike and bmx bike too. His parents constantly hovering over him is probably his biggest issue and put too much pressure on him.

 

Agreed, and that goes for a lot of guys in 250 and 450 SX. They kinda need to be taken down a notch and stop acting like spoiled brats. I realize it's a stressful position (career) but that doesn't justify acting like that, and like you said, a lot of young people are following these guys as role models, and they aren't great examples of character for the most part.

 

But...ya tried to shit on Eli because his dad rode MTB...Brian grooming his kid and getting your love is ironic to me....

Racers are a different breed.

 

That’s pretty crazy.

 

The surgeries they can do these days is crazy! Put a lot of metal in there and take some pain killers and you are good to go.

 

Forkner did the same a couple seasons ago. Maybe not quite as quick of a turnaround, but pretty damn close... then Jett cross jumped him and he broke the plate on his collarbone

 

He probably feels well enough to ghost ride his bike into Douche Boy Deegan.

 

That will be entertaining.

 

Kenny looks like he's got something extra in the tank for tonight.

 

Eli’s career was a surprise to me. I can’t say early in his career I was impressed. He definitely came on strong later than earlier. Eli can race. I just don’t think I was impressed with his skills. Bubba made you go “WOW”. Haiden makes people go “WOW”. I can’t say Tomac ever made me say it.

 

Bubba made you go “WOW” cant believe he is riding that fast doing stuff other riders can’t. Hayden makes you go “WOW” what a douche

 

WOW on the bike never said I liked him off the bike. I like JS7 behind the microphone too. Dude is a trip.
