It’s ok. We all know this dude will have his 4th gen be a pavement princess and never take it true off-roading but will talk crap on previous gens and how they’re inferior even though he doesn’t have any long term evidence to back up why the 4th gen is the best.

 

The irony was the chrome post (saying 3rd gens are all chromed out) as he posted a picture of his 4th gen next to his chromed out HD GMC.

Previous-gen platform was designed for Japan (RHD) around the turn of the century, with the Land Cruiser Prado being the first on the market, so the fuel tank was on the left side to even out weight distribution, and that put the muffler and tailpipe on the right. Octane looks good at night. However, I saw a Tundra and a 4Runner today in that color. It’s just too bright for me. And that’s coming from a previous Inferno owner.

Octane really stands out in the sea of black, white, silver and gray vehicles. I do like that about it.

I can’t wait to see Supersonic Red in person. I am also anxious to see what they do for 2025.

I agree, during the day it's just orange and kind of bleh. At night and under lighting, the little gold flakes in the paint do their thing.
