Had a fun day out exploring around near the Missouri River with my buddy.
the dick splashed me with a puddle covering my visor a bit then i went through and got covered even more when on a trail lol
Went to a BBQ place in excelsior springs that has in my opinion the best burnt ends I've ever had!

100 year old hotel in excelsor springs that was burnt down 3 times! before swapping to bricks! might have to come back with the gf for a weekend.

It's been a minute (or 3 months worth, that is..) but nothing interesting has happened, until last week! A year of searching led me to finally checking another one of my dream bikes off the list - an awesome '99 ZRX1100 in need of a little love. Can't wait to get started on it.

Anyone have experience with Forma boots? I just grabbed a pair. I get the advantage of a high boot, but wanted these more for comfort and protection as I won't be doing anything drastic with them

 

Progress… need to finish wiring the front indicators and throw some fuel at it.
Then find the nerve to ride it… Harley’s are foreign to me.

i have a set of the high boot and love them! best advice i can give is soak them in water before you go riding lol they will break in super fast that way! i can now wear them and honestly forget they are on!

haha it will still protect well! only reason i have the high boots is im tired of getting new scars from my foot pegs! they are rather aggresive!

 

I have run IMS pegs, but still rolling around with the factory ones with rubber inserts

 

I bought myself a new 650cc "Dinosaur" for my 50th birthday this past January. I've always had motorcycles & dirtbikes but this is my first dual sport. I don't know why I waited so long to buy one. I've been having a blast with it here on these dirt & gravel WV backroads where I live.

 

ya those ims pegs are brutal man! i didnt like the oem personally lol

My buddy had a zrx1100 years ago, definitely a fun bike. I've got a couple old 70's kaws sitting back in my home state.
