From where we were laying it sure looked like the diff and it’s right where the 2 breathers join. I had to dig the diff plug out to find it. So caked with crud it was flat with a little hose coming out.

I might. I don’t want to have to drop this one if I don’t have to. I would like to seal or reboot my fj stick. It’s a ghetto fix in there now.
Wonder if I’ll have to drop it to reboot it nice.?

Reboot which aspect? It's not terrible to drop the front diff. 3 or 4 bolts depending on how you want to do it (plus cv axles)

The inner boot that connects to the transfer case itself. The one that seals the funk from the cabin.

Guess I’m talking transfer case not diff.

I have had that from Pepper Palace.....it is good. Pepper palace just packed up shop in the holyoke mall so you may need to get that online now. Personally I think that Pepper palace unfortunately is a shell of its former self. They used to be awesome back in the day when they sold all types of sauces other then just their own. I still have an unopened bottle of "Flash-bang" that they discontinued in 2016. Right now bottle of it are SELLING for $600 on ebay.

I still need to make some choices, especially regarding the front end. I don't want level, I'd prefer a touch of rake so when trailer is hooked up, I'm not painting the sky with my headlights. Any luck with that pin?

WHAT??? I was just there a couple weeks ago... guess I have no reason to go to that mall again.

Not sure what you mean, the stock spare setup works fine but you can damn near see the top of the tire. The cut with this bumper is like halfway up the framerail

I might see how thisll work for the eclipse trip. With the tent and dog stuff and beer/firewood the bed was at capacity before the spare was in it.
