Looking to replace the boards on our deck after 20 years. While I'm not handy - more of a gopher - we had family and friends build it back in the day. Unfortunately, that was back in the day. Everybody is 20 years older. One of those who helped has passed. So, it's time to hire somebody to do the job.

That's a fact. One day could be 70 next morning will be 30 thats a pretty big temperature swing. And it happens every year.
That's how I ended up in the hospital back in 2014. Damn near dead

Yea, I went up town to grab a gallon of paint ($80, ouch! o_O) and the wind will cut right through you. Had to hook up the garden hose to rinse my paint brush and I about froze the "boys" off! :annoyed:

Springs haven't settled yet and this is with the trailer hooked up and all of the old suspension parts in the bed. Still need to get longer carriage bolts for the Daystar cradles (centers the bottom of the Firestone ride rite airbags). Not sure how much I'll actually be using the airbags now though. LOL

The Springs should settle alittle bit. I want a rake in the bag so went I haul heavy loads or vehicles it'll sit right where it needs to be and not squat the ass end and ride on the airbags all the time. It's also sitting on uneven ground so it looks higher in the back than it is.

Benjamin Moore Advance. It's a water borne oil base paint. Flows out like oil base, cleans up like latex. Works great for cabinets and trim. I'm re-doing my kitchen once again... :goingcrazy:

Too bad for Pitt. Duquesne made it. Any kind of tourny is good for the city. I think Creighton is the top seed which will be here.

According to the internet, today is the first day of Spring. It may have to do with the extra day we have had this year, the old Leap Year day.
the official start date for the season in the Northern Hemisphere, arrives on Tuesday, March 19. The 2024 spring equinox will occur at exactly 11:06 p.m. EDT on Tuesday.

Yea I remembered it was supposed to be like 11pm tonight, but hopefully I'll be fast asleep by then

Been super windy past several days; 20-30mph gust tomorrow. I swear I don't remember it being this windy around here many years ago... o_O
