Toyota accessories (Canada)

Have you noticed the parts available for Taco's on the USA site that are not available to Canadian owners?
Do you know where I can get ahold of the hood decals that surround the hood scoop? (only available to US customers and they don't ship to Canada).


How about the cargo box storage boxes? Does anyone know if the Pelican brand that the US site has, is sold anywhere else? I need a storage box but one that will fit under a hard Tonneau cover.

Tonneau cover I am also looking for, preferably lockable as I have the power tailgate lock.


Vehicle is the 2023 TRD Pro.

the two countries have different options for the tacoma so the dealers sell different parts.....its that way all around the world......there might be issues with the parts interchanging so they dont want the liability

 

Open a Shippsy account and buy online from US retailers and have it shipped to your Shippsy US address and they'll bring it into Canada for you.

It won't cost much extra

 

get a US mailing address in SD and ship them there

 

It's more likely something to do with different American and Canadian supplier agreements for things like the pelican cases or retrax covers to not canibalize sales etc

 

Bridge Troll check out the Real Truck.com website, I just came across some swing away tool boxes that mount behind the wheel well. They fit under the rail and have a lock, granted it's a cheap Sear Craftsmans tool chest style lock but its there.

I haven't bought a set yet as I just bought the 2011 tacoma last Friday but they're on the list.
