    see it bitch i decommed it . that boat was full of assholes and if they really and truely gave a fuck about that boat they would have took better care of it . with that being said i hope it sinks so long uss nauseous

    soo...i have fired a .22 and a glock 19. both of witch were not mine. but i fell in love the second i pulled the trigger and i want to get into shooting. both for recreational purposes and for defense once i get comfortable. im looking for a good starter pistol. what do yall recommend?

    Exactly what ^ guy says! You should also research and find out how much ammo costs if you want to use it primarily for recreational reasons. Getting a 40 cal or higher can get exensive to fire weekly...

    I love my sig 9mm p229, buts a compact and intended for carry... I have never found a place that allows u to shoot their guns but just holding a bunch of different models is helpful

    If you want to handle and rent weapons there are two locations in northern Virginia that allow that. One would be a pretty good drive from stafford. Usually you have to do some paperwork and demonstrate "proficiency" with the weapon to rent it.

    i have a good buddy that works there...let me know if any of you need anything in particular....(GREAT DEALS)


    A&P,Superior Pawn (Va Beach), Bob's. all have guns for rent to shoot.

    if you just want to start into shooting, get a smaller caliber pistol, (cheaper to shoot) and you will learn to be more proficient, and accurate earlier, and then upgrade to a larger, more expensive caliper.
