About 2 weeks ago I packed away my serious cold weather gear as it had gotten nice out. Of course this week we're back down into the 30's in the mornings......Figures.

Good morning all. Busy as can be with this new job.....hmmmm What was I THINKIN? All good though. Good product and easy technology. No maths required.
Still doing double duty at the farm and on the road.
Monday - Tampa, Tues - Ft. Myers, Wednesday Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Thursday Port St. Luice to Port Canaveral. Friday - St. Pete to the farm.
Had a baby gator in our pond on Saturday that I escorted out....Ahem.
Ton of rain this winter has caused a lot of standing water, so we are fending that off with a neighbors dozer.

I may pursue that. All the neighbors have dogs, so all the wildlife comes to our yard. Use to have foxes, owls, and hawks, but it seems like all the dogs are keeping them away. Once a bear ! Not interested in having them…LOL!

Another beautiful day…64* and sunny! I’ve got to find some more to do outside today!
    Have a wonderful day everyone!

I think the world is trying to piss me off today. Had a small list of things to do today. Started out getting gas in the wife’s car. I found that gas here in California is now 5.00+ a gallon. Put $60 in the tank and that didn’t fill it. $5.00+ a gallon what the hell. Pissed me off. Next went to Walmart for 4 items. 3 of the 4 items were behind locked glass cabinets all in different areas of the store. Had to wait for a clerk at each place to open the cabinets. Very time consuming. That pissed me off. Next went to a sporting goods store to buy some ammo. Their computer was down so they couldn't do the background check that’s required in California every damn time you purchase ammo. So I couldn’t buy ammo. That really really pissed me off. The whole damn ammo thing here in California pisses me off. Next went to the grocery store to get some items for baking for my wife. They were out of 2 of the items. No dessert for me. There were more things on my to do list but I was too pissed off. The list was deposited in the garbage. I really need to go fishing. I’m in the process of planning a trip now. I hope there’s still fish in the lakes and streams.

I'd suggest you be thankful you weren't planning on shooting the fish at least....

Glad you got it. Like I tell my kids, you got to have a sense of humor, even if you only entertain yourself.

BTW, I got kind of a late start and my kids are 19 (son) and 22 (daughter) and we still sit down at the dinner table and have conversations. So, I am a lucky son of a gun.

    Afternoon all:

Welcome to the new norm, from what I'm seeing, it's only going to get worse! :(

When I have to make a trip to Wallyworld, it's either wait in traffic for the road construction project that they have been working on for about 3 yrs., or like the last 2 times, wait in traffic because of accidents in that same construction area :annoyed:, and then HOPE they have what I went there for. When I went there specifically for 6V rechargeable batteries they were out of them, they normally have them in stock :annoyed:, and that's not the first time I went there and they were out of something that I needed that they normally have in stock.
Then there's primers that went from $10 to $100 per K, and coal that went from $180 to $380 a ton literally overnight!

YOU AREN'T ALONE, everything is starting to piss me off! :)

I hear you. Last Friday I was ready to put the screen door panel back in for the front door and move my winter jackets back to the closet upstairs. Going to wait till after Easter now.

Cooking over live fire! Pitmaster needs to be engaged all the time, but some would argue the final product is the best tasting chicken.

Good morning. Fire watch in our area today due to winds and dry weather conditions. The outside temperature was a little warmer this morning. Music lesson today and I still need to figure out dinner. Going to be a nice day.

Definitely morning. Thought you might like this, and also you may have heard it, but just changed the air filter on my 2018 Goldwing. Took almost 10 hours done over 2 days. Usually a fan of Honda engineering, but this one seems to be that the Honda engineers started with an air filter and were told to build a bike around it.

I have heard that's a real treat on the latest Goldwings. When I worked for a Harley dealership it was funny watching folks try to figure out where the battery was in their V-Rod. It's sort of tucked in at the steering neck behind 2 side covers.
