Nah, you'll never see one over 99,999. All driven by grandma to church on Sunday, too.

Mopar put the slant 6 and 727 TF combo in absolutely everything for many, many years. I'd imagine there are tons of old beaters still trucking along with that setup. Like any good Mopar though, arguably the most reliable engine mated to arguably the world's best AT were paired with less than reliable chassis' and bodies lol. Much like a 12v....

    Now I kinda wanna see a slant 6-3 speed 4runner. Or a 12v 4runner.
    Youtube, do your thing.

My first (running) car was a 225/904 combo in a triple green estate sale special. I tried to kill it, unsuccessfully. Then when I sold it to a kid a couple classes under me; he also failed to kill it. And then so did his little brother when he bought it for his first car. I then moved across the country, lost touch of where I came from (thank Flying Spaghetti Monster) and the trail goes cold..given it was getting rusty 20+ years ago, my only hope is that the drivetrain was salvaged in to something interesting. Like a 4runner? :D

Toss up of that and my old man’s 4.9 Ford he had when I was growing up. That one saw almost 400,000 miles before it got t-boned, plenty of those miles with me as a teen, driving it like teenage boys in po-dunk towns drive things (with a manual, no less).
