I get about 50k out of my sets of ko2s.

Nice! I’m about halfway through that same tire, same size. Much better traction than the old KO2s on wet pavement.

That is one of my biggest complaints with the KO2's...they kinda suck on wet pavement. I constantly spin tires in the rain...

I remember a while ago I mentioned in a post somewhere that the K02’s are known for being bad in the rain. Some random TW guy who wasn’t even involved in the discussion jumped down my throat and was acting like I said potatoes can talk and he was satan.

He was so mad lol, it was very odd.

That’s really the main reason I got the Grabbers instead of the K02s when I was tire shopping…almost every review I read says they suck in the rain.

Word on the street is the new KO3s are better on wet pavement. Looking forward to hearing more reviews as those roll out.

I haven't tire shopped in quite some time...haven't heard of a new KO3...definitely going to have to research them now though. I need new tires on my Tundra.

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss are working well in 265/75/16’s for my setup. One of the few AT’s that don’t add an extra 15 lbs of unsprung weight to each corner. I don’t think I would rock crawl with them but they perform well on firebreaks and rutted out dirt roads.

Still in the game, but between living in an urban area and the miserable weather, just haven't been able to go do truck stuff.

Doesn't help I got promoted back in Jan and my life has been on corporate warp speed setting since then.

I'm sorta at the inflection point on if I want to stay in WA after 1 year or not. If I do, I'll buy a house and sell the truck, then pick up a RAV-4. If not, I'll prob look heavily at coming back to Utah. The challenge being Seattle pays so much better than SLC, it'll be a tough gig finding equal pay.

Congrats on the promotion (I think?).

From a 2G Taco to a RAV4? That seems extreme to me. Has a mini van vibe to it. With that promotion you should step up to the 4G.

How does the cost of living there compare to SLC?

Gas is +$1/Gal, property taxes are ridiculous, and so are the housing prices, $600K minimum and still gotta watch for your car getting prowled and people smoking fent a block down.

Washington just has it all doesn’t it? I hate to say it but I can wait until the kids graduate HS so I can move outta here! I love the state itself but it’s gotten too crowded, expensive and dangerous to live here!
