Ours are still stronger than a lot of newer ones due to being fully boxed. Smart design eliminates the need for heavier materials.

A little frame twist never hurt nobody. It's insane how much the van twists. I probably have 3inches of "travel" from that alone. You can hear the whole roof moving around when it happens.

Only custom part would be the mounts; easy CNC work

Oh yea. My superduty does it with the slightest of imperfections in the road. Crazy movement considering the robustness of these frames.

I sucked at every sport I played as a kid until I got into hockey, in baseball and basketball I was always given "Most Improved Player" on the team award at the end of the season's team party...basically the trophy you give to the kid on the team that sucked the hardest.
