    Exactly the plan at the start & then she decided she wants to keep the concrete if possible.

    If the concrete busts during this process it all just comes off & then the same beams are the under support for engineered decking/framing.

    With how much I was able to level it with just the back beam.... The front beam will be easier.
    Right now the hold up is the MPW vac truck guy, which is how was gonna get that gravel out from under there without all the hand/bucket/crawl work.

    a few miles north-other side of Rt 33 and on the backside of the mountain to the top,rain helped a ton.state line is on top of the mountain so its on the WVA side mostly, started down toward Brandywine Lake.
