Correct, I cut the actual intake tube back and now that it's breathing the vacuum line is no longer squeezing flat. Now that it isn't blocked I'll need my map redone

Ah makes sense. Tube covered vaccine port on the intake. Carry on.

So what's the actual purpose of that hose to the engine?

Little note for anyone with the upgraded tensioner studs and considering buying the SCOL idlers, the lower 3” grooved (#5 in my pic). The new spacers they give you were just a hair smaller ID so I couldn’t get it to slide over my upgraded stud. You could either sand some material off the stud or lightly drill the spacers out. I sanded the stud. Could have been a one off issue so YMMV.

Also I discovered the 3” smooth idler (#4 in my pic posted earlier) is an easy off the shelf parts store replacement.
    Dayco #89007
Saves you half off from buying it from SCOL and if you need one in a pinch there ya go.

what’s up guys I’ll send a message later for solid mounts. We need about 4 more 4.0 mounts. and we’re set solid pricing and about as low as he will go.

Baja designs pre interest is good and about half way for that being live. Awesome deal on that as well. shoot me. DM.

We closed the initial RCV group buy and order is in. Will consider another if interested folks.

We still have the Durobumps GB which is about half full as well.

Depending on price, I might be down for trans mount. Already have a solid engine mount

Responded to everyone interested or confirmed on pricing

    @stickyTaco @TheFang @findingthingsout @zerotimeouts @Murphinator @PhoS @sf.larry @wrmathis @TireFire @chueflee

If everyone is interested, we're close. Make sure we're all covered, and I will drop in the broader 2nd gen for a bit to see if anyone else is. This is also open to 3.4, 4.7, and 3.5 owners, but the same applies to min 10 mounts, etc. Pricing differs as well for any of your buddies that are not 4.0 owners, or you have other vehicles.

Welded one of the two mini resonators on the passenger side. Optimizing location for the driver side. Hoping after both resonators are welded in that the rasp with the urd spec u header combo substantially improves.

Eliminating all drone and rasp throughout all RPMs on a catless setup takes alot of work

So what's the record on a new Bosch oz sensor failing? I'm at around 3 months lol. My aem AFR wideband gauge has been working great and now it won't show a readout. If I push the buttons it will let me cycle through the options but there's a blank screen otherwise. I would think that means I have power to the gauge but it's not picking anything up.

@will.i.was did you record some of the frequencies via a app like spectroid? It may help decide what noises and how to attack them
    1000010679-01.jpg

I had a Bosch AEM wideband on my Suzuki DRZ supermoto. It was on their about 3 months before I went to go sell the bike. On the last day, it would show zero if I recall. Restarted it a couple times and finally turned on. Revealed that to the buyer but wasn't too much concern. Lol dunno if it ever started working again

Btw. I know URD gets lots of flack on here but Scott has been super helpful and was even available this Easter to help me out. Also, kinda wished they would just include their uTune as he remotely installs it or allow you to purchase it.
