My daughters boyfriend has a Husky and she says the same thing. You can brush him for hours and still get loose fur. They brush him weekly and it's crazy the amount of fur he sheds. LOL

 

I'm pretty sure it just regenerates instantly upon removal

 

Weekly? They should be brushed at least twice a day.

 

Glad I gave a doodle now. No shedding. Lol

Thanks! The golden (Nanook) isn’t ours but she is one of the best most well behaved dogs in the world and we’d adopt her lol.

 

I picked up a little beagle/cocker spaniel mix from the shelter yesterday. Story is that his litter was from a cocker spaniel breeder who’s farm beagle hopped the fence and knocked up one of the working girls.

I’ve been on the fence for a while about getting another dog, my last beagle got old and passed back in August of ‘22. My cat was best friends with my old beagle and convinced me to get another. He’s never paid attention to the TV in his life until last week when a beagle came on. He jumped up and was gently pawing at it and making little noises. So far he gets along with the new guy.
