Ive searched around on this one and havent found a "fix", maybe other than going to the dealership and at this point am sure I am over any warranty I have.

I 99.9% of the time had/have my LDA sensor off. About a week ago, it just turned itself on while driving... I wasn't drifting out of the lane, just turned on.

Now I cannot turn it off either by using the wheel button, or through the dash screens. I have tried to turn it off while driving, turning the sensors all the way down, off while just in park and no engine...
And it works very very delayed.... When I was trying to test its functionality, it beeps after I drift back into the lane. Like a good 4-5 second delay.

That a sign of a bad sensor and is that something covered by warranty?

Unless you have an extended warranty I’m pretty sure it isn’t covered outside of the 3yr/36k mile warranty.

It looks like you had "some major work" done in January under warranty, but didn't elaborate.
Did this problem start after the dealer did this work? I would start there, maybe they are the cause and need to fix it?

Yeah, I had to have several cylinders, and leaking heads repaired... but doesnt seem like that would affect the sensors??
