Yep! While on the ladder, the machete missed the palm tree frond while I was hacking it...applying the similar emergency reaction saved me.

 

Plowing was not fun. The crust made it difficult to drive in a straight line and the plow wanted to ride on top of the crust. I had to resort to driving over the top of where I wanted to plow to break everything up then plow carefully to not dig up the driveway. I was somewhat successful but when the snow melts I will find out that I really did a sucky job and I will spend more time with a rake then I did plowing.

 

All snow up here in Coös, quite a few trucks pulling snowmobiles heading further north. I’d say we got about 16 -18 inches. Bonus, the guessers got it right! Bright and crisp day, temp was 27 during major snow removal ops..

 

Not much happening here yet but the worst hasn't started hitting yet. That's supposed to happen in the next few hours.

 

No watches or warnings up here.

For once it's mainly staying south, moving up from Colorado instead of down from you.

 

This is what I get for buying New Snow tires. Don’t even get to play in the Snow in temps that won’t Kill you.
Did a thing yesterday Taco’s gonna look different in a week or two.

I talked to a guy today that said while he was plowing he made a few Oreo cookies. So did I my friend. But they didn’t taste as good!

I just shoveled the driveway and sidewalk. There was about 2-3" of snow but it's stupid heavy, especially the half melted crap from the gutter the plow pushed in.

 

Um...

 

This little 1/32” carbide drill has punched 100 holes in some of the toughest stainless steel.
Each hole was 1/8” long. Hopefully it makes it another 100 holes this week.
