I have at least over 150k miles on my truck. Code pop up, auto zone told me I need to replace intake manifold gasket and fuel injector (cylinder 3). I am new at Diy, unsure if I should buy refurbished and replacing it on my own or if I should clean the fuel injectors, and replacing the intake manifold gaskets upper, lower, and plenum gaskets, thats what the dealership recommended me to buy. Any help is welcome. Thank you.

Which codes did they come up with when they scanned it? Let’s start there instead of assuming they diagnosed it correctly

And how did they diagnose it? If they just read the code(s) and gave you a list of "possible causes" that is not a diagnosis. If you go down the list of "possible causes" and start replacing parts your wallet may be empty before the truck is fixed.

Never go to, or call, a parts store or parts department for help.
They are not in the business of fixing cars, they are in the business of sell parts.
They may have good intentions, but diagnostic technicians they are not.

Like others have said, What was the code?
What are your symptoms that made you have a “scan” done?
And what exactly did you have done at the dealership to have them them “recommend” those parts?

Get it to a real tech, before you play swap-a-part,,,, it’s not cheaper.

P0203 is the open circuit for direct injector.
Check the connector and the harness for the damage. May need to take the intake plenum off to get there.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.

Good luck. This could be a slightly advanced troubleshooting.
For DIY, Get yourself OBDII scanner or phone based OBDII app. Get a multimeter. Need a standard metric tools and E torx set of sockets to work on the engine.
