Gen 1 Tacoma Mystery Bolts from Tow Hooks, Find Replacements?

I'm putting a winch rack on the front of the truck and would like to replace the bolts that hold the tow hooks into the bottom of frame on either side, but can't find replacements anywhere, nor the correct part numbers for them.

They have the number 8 on the 17mm head.
Thread Pitch: 1.25
Diameter: 12mm
Length: 65mm (long) 35mm (short)
Head Height: 8mm
Shank Length: 35mm (long) 5mm (short)
Thread Length: 30mm (both)

Any guesses?

Tried McMaster-Carr or Fastenal?

 

Any appropriately sized grade 8 will do

 

Tow hook side (longer bolts) - 91642-81265 x2
Non tow hook side (shorter bolts) - 91642-81235 x2

 

That looks like them. Would you mind telling me how you were able to determine the part numbers? My usual sources didn't work in this case.
