So I read this and for all you hard working people, might want to just think a little
deeper into your routines. I use to do something similar and no one noticed.

There were two lumberjacks in a competition to see who could chop an oak tree down the fastest. The first lumberjack focused on that one task, chopping and chopping, never stopping. This lumberjack noticed the second lumberjack every 15 minutes or so stopping to take break. The lumberjack smiled to himself. Proud of his better conditioning and strength. About an hour later, the first lumberjack hears the second lumberjack's tree start to creak and hit the forest floor. He had lost the competition. Confused, he went up to the second lumberjack and asked, "How did you win? I never stopped chopping. I saw you taking breaks about every 15 minutes!" The second lumberjack said, "I wasn't just taking a break, I was resharpening my axe."

 

Sound advice. Work smarter, not harder.
