Found 6 Canyon AT4X’s at $5,000 off MSRP on 2024 MY. Tempting to take a nibble of that cookie.

Maybe it will be released soon now that Expedition Overland has finished its month long Trail Hunter infomercial.

Flood gates are opening. Over the last 3 days I have seen multiple semi trucks per day full of Tacoma's heading northbound on my 1+ hour commute in Southern California.

Yup. My dealer emailed me yesterday and said they expect to be into the overflow lot with them by May.

I've seen two 2024's on the road in Central Vermont... A white sport I suspect because it had a hood scoop... And an Underground sr5 parked in town...I've seen more moose this spring than new Tacomas....

How much do you think the dealer would allow you on a trade for your specific vehicle??

I had a few long bed DCSBs, its similar to driving a shrunken full size, turning radius crap and parking not great. I ride MX and thought the same thing but more often than not for day to day driving DCSB is the better bet for practicality unless your hauling bikes a majority of the time.

My 2022 with 26k miles and 3k wheels small factory style lift and ceramic coated, PPF, loaded highest I could get was $38k and that was months ago before used market took a hit. Wouldn't imagine much more for a 2023. I'd expect $36k range.

Test drove a 24 DCSB TRD Sport yesterday. It is a nice vehicle. Body looks really good up close, the fenders are bulged nicely. Steers and handles great. It sounds a little bit like a Subaru when accelerating at lower rpm, is it engine noise pumped through sound system? It's not particularly strong at 2,000-2,500 rpm, but it can cruise fine at low rpm about 1,800rpm at 70mph. Doesn't feel like it would do good at max towing, compared to may 22 Tundra, which is very good at towing. Looks like it would be easy to work on and around the engine. Driver seating position seems to be excellent (I'm 6'), compared to 2nd/3rd gen, and I was still able to sit behind front seat, but with my knees either side of front seat. Would need another longer test drive

My 2022 with 20k miles just gave me a value of $34,600 from Carvana. I'm sure I could private party sell it for upper $30's since it's a MT with Premium, tech, advanced, etc and of course the best color.

LR is second best, cement for the win (have had both). But agree.

That extra foot of bed space can make a huge difference for hauling, camping (sleeping), etc, but the cost is turning radius in parking lots. If/when I replace mine I'd probably go LB again. Its still a couple inches (edit, 5 inches) shorter than an F-150.

I wonder when the final 2023 rolled off the line.

What? Why? My dcsb hauls fine, especially with my ready ramp. Was that supposed to be some kind of insult? He stated for carrying motorcycles, unless your carrying them more often than not the DCSB is better or AC for day to day driving.

I’ve still only seen one in the wild here in MA in the Boston area. They must be starting to stack up at the dealer lots though as I have received emails from most of the area Toyota dealers about them.
