I have Dobinsons IMS adjustables. If memory serves I bought the springs with the intentions of having an ARB. When I got them, I set the height to stock size and still got a lift. Worst case, I turn it up a couple of notches and raise it back up.

I may have bought the springs meant for the extra weight. I talked with @Crikeymike about my plans. I just don't remember which ones I ended up with. I'll have to go look at my order

Ive got the IMS lift on the Tundy and it rides great. I got the ones for no weight so if i end up adding some ill have to swap my springs. I bought my coils unassembled and assembled them. Ive got all the stuff to do it at my house.

Ok. I ordered the 314 springs.

Dobinsons C59-314 Gives this lift and suits these models:

1.75-2.0″ – Toyota Tacoma 2005-15 Dual Cab with up to 110 LBS load 586lb coils

If adjusting the struts doesn't work, I will buy the 352's

Dobinsons C59-352 Gives this lift and suits these models:

2.0″ – Toyota Tacoma 2016+ Dual Cab V6 Heavy Load 110-240LBS, 2.5″ with stock weight (heavy rate coil) 730lb coils

Looks like I will eventually have to buy springs. I'm gonna try to just adjust the struts until I grab a winch...........so a year or more

I did the same with leaf springs. I was worried H70HD's would be too stiff, but the H70s are too soft lol Back then they were the same price and since then have gone up.....

Yup. My plan is to adjust the sturts up and see where that goes. I have no doubt that when I finally grab a winch...new coils will be needed..........just trying to hold off as long as I can :D

haha i gotcha man i think with the coils on mine and how much my front will weigh i should be fine setting it at 2" lift and letting it sag down to 1.5" and be fine and level with my rear so we shall see!
