Installed a Redarc Tow-Pro Elite to make towing my dad's R-Pod 171 a bit safer. Looks OEM and I love that it's just the single knob vs a "knee knocker" like in my dad's 2nd Gen Taco.

‘I thought they may have been a matte black, I found some on Etsy that are a cast vinyl I’ve been eyeing, but really haven’t seen any good images of the matte black except for yours.

Every post I see of these, the closer I get to pulling the trigger, and impatiently buying them now. I will buy them eventually, more of a want than need rn though haha

‘I think that was a good call, the gloss would not have matched the metallic OEM’S.

Ask people at work where they go. Preferably Older locals, they tend to have been around the block a few times, and more frugal….. like me…

At a junk yard you should be able to get them for 1/2 price.

I loaded up the last of the Juniper tree to haul off. I’m not sure of the weight but it definitely squatted a bit.

    That's gonna scratch.
Just a suggestion, if you put in a tarp 1st it will make it easier to load and maybe keep the debris from scratching the box.

If you buy Toyota, it comes without the top/front plastic -- that is extra (you choose color). As far as aftermarket, you get paint-yourself, or a color.

I used my unbroken white cover.

It might but it has the composite bed and a mat. I’m not worried either way, though.

Went with these a month or so ago... really like the increased high-mid range, the stockers were sharp enough for me, and these are every bit as good. Bench tested the OEM speakers and confirmed the very narrow range they produce, glad I didn't go for the 'Subaru' Kickers.
