That's when the call to the police would have been in order. She should not have been driving.
I teach my kids to watch out for backing up vehicles, since so many drivers never look back, but they are still kids, they do not do it consistently.

Honestly it was really scary to watch and I'm glad it wasn't my child. But the kid's mom and dad were IRRATE, rightfully.
No law enforcement was involved in the end

I would have called the cops and made a report. This child was lucky. Next person she runs over, may not be. Court may have ordered a medical exam and driving test.

I had some old bat in my neighborhood back out of her driveway at a normal speed but she did not stop OR look before entering the roadway and would have hit me/my dog [out walking] had I not been paying attention...

Then she got mad at me when I motioned to her - and for the record, I did not flip her off till she got all upset at me!! and drove off; then yea, I flipped her off because she deserved it.

She has a 'special' grandson, the house next to her and across the street both have small children; sooner or later it ain't gonna end well.

I now refuse to wave to her and I don't slow down when I drive by her place [if her grandson/she are the only ones out]; the other two families I respect and I treat them with respect but F that B.

edit: striking someone with a motor vehicle = assault with a deadly charge

The height of arrogance..trying to not get a TW ban here so I'll stop

I don't have a camera. My wife's SUV does. I use it for fine tuning the parking. I always do the look back over the shoulder move when parking. I then look on the camera to double check between lines and if it is a double spot to make sure I didn't go too far back..then adjust.

In MA they do have driver's ed but it's not mandatory as far as I know, but I could be very wrong as I do not have children.

No way on earth they wouldn't be if I was there, even as an observer. That's scary.

No, that was my point. 18 holes is too far to walk, just as it's too far to walk from the parking lot to the store.
