They say no one else has had issues. @YotaFAB has had issues, I used him as an example. Red writing is their response. All because they sent me a kit with shitty coatings and just horrible fitment in general. I've sent them tons of emails in the past but I sent it through their "Contact Form" so I never actually got proof that I sent them emails

They never responded till 5 days later until I copy and pasted the same email and they sent me an email within the hour. As much as I want to like this company, they are doing horrible as a company. Look at their reviews on Google, 2.5 stars with 16 reviews. Bad.

And I hate to belabor this, but it's just for future customers when wanting to buy this kit

I went through a similar experience with Baja Kits when I ordered one of their first 2” over kits available to the public. Bottom line: unless you’re personally familiar with a new shop or a shop offering a new product for your vehicle, always go with an established brand. In this case TC race kit, Camburg, Dirt King or JD Fab won’t be an issue for a front kit.

To continue... All I said in the last email was to look at forums and reviews. They took it as an insult I guess. Didn't use any harsh language??

1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
One side is straight. Other side is tweaked. Called them and they are overnighting a new arm along with washers to go in the uppers due to separation when welding the uppers. Had issues with the double shear having massive gaps on the front side of the bucket.

Both lowers have a different mounting width also which we been a sob to get in the jd fab pivot kit.

Jd kit isn’t tweaked either. Measured out both sides. Bushing to bushing on one is 17 1/2”. Other is 17 3/8”. They didn’t get back to me on that

3rd person including me with that issue, and they claim "We have never had an issue one that."

That sucks man. Hope you get it figured out.

I’d cut the outer bushing sleeve off of the control arm at the weld, clean it all up and mount it in the control arm mounts on the truck with some properly sized all thread (5/8?) all the way through the front and rear and some cam tab eliminators (333, TKO taco tabs etc) bolting it all together and try to tack it so that it can be welded out. Kind of like what I did to keep my tabs in place when adding gussets on them only instead using the idea to align the crooked bushing sleeve.

If at least one of the outer bushings is square to the mounts, you could also make your own jig with angle iron, measure the distance, tack it, and test fit it.

Wait so they sent you a new arm for crooked bushing sleeves but are telling this other guy they never had an issue with that?

Take pics of it like his when you remove it for recoating - it’ll be proof it came that way.

All in all I hate dealing with idiots so sometimes the juice ain’t worth the squeeze. Fix your kit or replace it with a legit company’s product - expensive lesson but we all hopefully learn eventually.

Just to make it clear - metal’s metal and if it’s a part that works for you it doesn’t matter who made it but it’s more likely to make you want to do business with a company that keeps you in their focus as a person that gave your money to them and is asking to get a good product vs. a complete rigamarole - just my opinion.

    Yeah 100%

@Dirt King Fab sent me a pm and offered to help me out on one of their kits. I'll most likely end up selling my kit after powder coat and picking up one of a reputable brand (dirtking)

Anyone else run into an issue with their uniballs? The upper uniball spacer for the bolt is raised causing it to hit and limit travel. Cant get the spindle in due to this issue. Sent them yet another video of the issues. Unfortunately probably won’t hear back until Monday.

Not the same issue. It’s all the way seated. It’s still raised causing it to hit. I’ll have to take a picture when I get home.
