Everyone uses their trucks for different things and some care more about the appearance than others. I think the OP was just giving him some friendly preventative advice. Wether you use your truck lightly and care about its appearance or you use it as just a work truck there is really no wrong or wright it’s what makes you happy and Your needs :)

I’m waiting for my leer 180 to arrive. When it comes I want to add the bedrug too. I already did the tailgate electric lock. I think that should be standard on these pickups.

It's certainly possible. The compressor pulley bearing in my parent's Accord went bad last year. Started out as a metallic rattle and turned into a banshee-like screeching. AC worked perfectly the entire time.

I had changed out the door speakers within the week I bought my truck with some Kickers. Gave me some decent bass and sound upgrade. I did not change the head unit. Don’t think I will. Unless you change my mind about your experience if you have one. Lol

the JL audio looked nice but 1k wasn’t in my budget and skar had a “sale”

I should have taken some pics but I had to pick up my kid right after and installed her car seat. I’ll try and take some pics. The amp was installed under my seat. Pretty hidden.
It was installed at AudioTintLab in Ventura California. The dudes there were really cool. I admit pretty pricey but worth I’d say. Compared to my last experience with some local audio shops that advertise free things with any installs lol

I've still got the stock radio with nav on my 2017. I'm using the JL Stealthbox as mentioned, the kicker key 500.1 and the kicker key 200.4 with Focal RSE-165/Focal RCX-165. I might upgrade at some point, but it's fine for now with the key's DSP. I did apply Second Skin damplifier pro 2mm on the inside of the doors and back cab wall too.

I hope so, I took it to a shop coz I'm tired of working on it. Lol. I also replaced the water pump and the other top idler pulley about 5 months ago. So after the AC pulley gets done I'll pretty much have all new Pullies.

Funny because when I dropped my truck off last night for leveling to be installed they did the thing where they check for scratches and came back and said "you got some nice pin stripes there" lol. Yeah I actually take it out to do truck things.

What are the specs on your lift, tire, and wheel combo. Your truck has an awesome stance.

Blackout package - planned: black bed logos, black wheel vinyls, front seat window tint, tires.
Changed out the head unit knobs and did the AC drain hose extension mod.

One of the trucks I traded in on a new one in the past, the salesmen said, “man it looks like you drive this thing in the woods”. I said that’s because I do! People expect these things to all be pavement princesses and mall crawlers.

Installed a VLED tail light kit since Total Tails were sold out. Half wonder if it’s not from the same manufacturer, heh.

RCI steel skid plates (engine, transmission, transfer-case, catalytic guards, fuel tank and differential), Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners, RCI rocksliders, Power Tray and Switch Pro, Taco Vinyl Pro Grill, Diode Dynamics SS3 amber fog lights. Powerbrake D-Line Disc & Pad kit, Fox 2 inch lift kit with 2.5 coil-over, Taruca Rogue 270 degree XC awning, Four Wheel Campers Project M, CBI Baja Front Bumper, Warn VR EVO 10S winch, Baja Design OnX6+ 20 inch LED Light Bar, WeBoost, Diode Dynamics SS3 Ditch Lights, Prinsu Pro Roof Rack with Heretic 6 series 40 inch light bar
Not done today but...Wednesday I added a Prinsu Roof Rack with handles and a 40 inch Heretic light bar. Yesterday it was the iKamper Skycamp Mini 3.0.
Trying to get the Doggo Paw Print of Approval but it might take a bit of time. Doesn't look too happy.
Next is a Taruca awning, suspension upgrade, brake upgrade, and front and rear bumpers

    Thanks Brother !
It’s just a Ready-Lift 3” in the front and 2” in the back. 4WP UCA’s and 5100’s all the way around. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 285 75 16 with Method 301’s “I think” can’t remember the offset and my receipts are some where lol have to dig for them for the offset.
Just the perfect amount of poke and rides nice and the Mickey Thompson really hook up in the dirt and are street friendly being pretty quiet also

Nice! Thanks for the reply. I currently have Fox 2.0's (around 1.2" up front/ stock height rear), but I'm looking at going a different route so I can get 2" up front and I'll do 1"ish in the rear. I also want bigger tires too, haha.
