To attempt to cause disagreement by subtle means. Just joking that dude’s implication is ridiculous.

No need to get a lawyer or insurance involved, just trust what we say. Good move coming here first.

    Glad no one was hurt!
War wounds aren’t relevant to me. That said; you were fortunately grazed by a misguided missile, so I wouldn’t let the damage comparison get in your head. God forbid you both made direct perpendicular passenger door contact, no vehicle was going to leave you walking away wondering about either vehicle’s status.
Again, I am glad everyone is okay. Count your blessings, both vehicle occupants were milliseconds from a life changing experience.

Glad you're okay but get yourself checked out asap. T-bone at 60mph will leave you with some kind of body trauma. Let the truck go as it did its job, you don't want it back after that kind of damage. That said, you sure you were going 60mph? Damage looked like you hit a motorcyclist instead of a full impact of a vehicle. Did you airbags deploy?

I've never been in a car wreck outside of an extremely minor repair but from what I've been told, you should see @10-20K in pain and suffering. A portion of that will go to the lawyer.
